This is a brief guide to deliveries and renting. Don't be afraid to ask questions, and read your contract. We make every effort to send out items clean and want them returned clean as well. You can view and print delivery and policies here.

Rental Rates are quoted for one day rental, but weekends are often the rule. All charges are for time out, whether used or not. Please make selections carefully. Ask Uncle Buck about long term rates.

Responsibility for returned items remain with the renter from the time of delivery until the time of return. Please be sure the equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather.

Delivery is based on ZIP codes and the amount of your order. If your order meets the minimum for your ZIP code it will be free. Remember that we must travel to your house four times to deliver and pickup. Our delivery personnel will neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place on delivery. Lakefront and basement drop offs are subject to additional charges and can be added to your bill.

Pick-up/Return All china, silver, utensils, etc. should be free of food and replaced in their delivery containers. Linens should be refuse free and dried to prevent stain and mildew. Tables and chairs should be assembled in a single location specified above, ready for pick-up. Items not meeting these condition are subject to additional charges. Setup can be done for additional cost.
